Dresser Winery

We are a small family owned and operated boutique winery focusing on BIG REDs. All our wines are produced from our estate grown grapes. Our initial plantings in 2000 included Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel. In 2014, we added Malbec, Sangiovese, and Tempranillo.

Located on the east side of town, our grapes are grown at 1000' elevation, where rolling hills contain vast amounts of calcareous deposits, which, combined with our hot summer days and cool evenings, produce wines with incredible color and depth.

Our production is limited to about 1800 cases a year, most of which is quickly consumed by our wine club. We are open by appointment Wednesdays - Sundays and open to the public only 3 weekends a year during Paso's New Release, Wine and Harvest Festivals.
