Ernest Hemingway Vineyards and Winery is as interesting as it's namesake. Offering award winning wines from Napa, Sonoma(Russian River Valley) as well as Estate wines from it’s home in Paso Robles. Along with their world renowned wine maker Tom Montgomery, The Pastuf Family has brought an amazing tasting experience to Paso Robles. We have just completed phase 1 of a master planned wine destination that will offer a great opportunity for guests to enjoy one of a kind events, stays and culinary experiences while visiting Californias fastest growing wine region.

In 2020, EH Winery opened its new kitchen and now serve amazing wild game charcuterie along with exotic cheeses from around the globe. If you come hungry you can enjoy our amazing EH Steaks made from grass fed, hormone free Prime Beef raised right here in the Central Coast.
