Firestone Walker is a regional craft brewery passionately in the pursuit of brewing the perfect beer, with a corresponding mission to provide a world-class visitor experience revolving around beer production and appreciation.
Our Paso Robles campus is not only home to our production facility and barrel room, but also offers daily Brewery Tours and beer tasting at our Visitor’s Center, shopping at our Brewery Emporium, or lunch and dinner at our Taproom Restaurant.
An experienced Firestone Walker Beer Educator will lead guests on Brewhouse and Barrel Room Tours and will show a bird's eye view of our brewery including the cellar & bottling line, sharing our history, introduction to brewing fermentation, refinement and packaging processes. The Visitor’s Center is open daily from 11am – 5pm, tour reservations recommended.
The Brewery Emporium features a walk-in Beer Cave where guests will discover a large selection of our core and specialty beers. Grab a fresh crowler or growler to take to-go with you and shop our extensive retail selection. Don’t forget to reserve a keg for any upcoming special events you are having! Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
The Taproom Restaurant features a diverse menu designed by Executive Chef Justin Lewis, each selected to pair with one of our beers. Guests can enjoy pints or tasters of a wide selection of core beers as well as specialty one-offs. Open daily from 12pm – 9pm.
