CAB House at Hansen Vineyards, located on 30 acres in Templeton, Ca, develops estate-grown, hand-crafted wines that are fermented for long periods to gain maximum extraction from the skins. They are then aged in French-Oak Barrels for three to four years before bottling. This dedication to aging is unique in the industry. Here we use no filtration or blending and because all processing is done by hand, Each bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon coming from Hansen Vineyards is deep, rich and extremely elegant! As a small, boutique winery, Cab House at Hansen Vineyards produces approximately 200-300 cases per lot, and approximately 1500 cases per year.
