At ONX (pronounced "onyx") we believe in freedom, creative expression, and exploration. We let the vineyards express themselves each harvest with as little interference as possible, while hyper-vigilant to ensure that canopy and crop loads remain in balance to achieve optimal fruit ripeness.
Our winemaking team understands the hard work and care that goes into managing our vineyard. They keep our farming in mind by allowing the wines to naturally express the beautiful fruit that we grow. We encourage our winemaking team to use creative freedom when curating our blends. However, everything they do is done with purpose and the idea of making wine they would want to drink in mind. ONX values the art of winemaking and hopes that our product will bring people together to share and create memories that will last a lifetime.
We believe that great wine is a product of exceptional farming. Our focus on our Estate Vineyard as well as our Kiler Canyon vineyard is to produce the best fruit while continuing to make environmentally conscious decisions in our farming techniques. To learn more about our vineyards, we recommend booking a vineyard tour on our ONX Estate. You will immerse all five senses while your Vineyard Educator guides you through the vines and wines. We ask that you please book a reservation 24 hours in advance so we can fully accommodate your party.
