The Paso Doble sparkling wines are made by hand in the winery using Methode Champenoise, in the tradition of Champagne, to be Brut dry and delicious. The collection of wines includes Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, red wine blends based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, Syrah, and Grenache, as well as rose wines and white wines made with Chardonnay, Viognier, and Albariño. The winery is located in the hills of San Miguel, just 2 miles from Highway 101, on the westside of the Paso Robles American Viticulture Area.
